Hats are shipped in a sturdy box & clear bag to ensure your hat travels safely. Tracking will be sent to your email once it has shipped. Please allow up to a full 24 hours for orders to ship.

We recommend regularly dusting your hat with a soft bristled hat brush to keep it clean. Soft Bristle is good for removing anything on the surface of the hat, such as dirt, dust, or lint. Steamers are highly recommended when curving brims in order to avoid the potential of cracking the brim.

Sizing
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler.
